Why an online calculator?
There are multiple reasons for a calculator that is online (on the internet). This page lists a few.
- An online calculator travels with you... even if you don't put it in your briefcase. It's always available on your computer. The calculator can be cached by your browser and it will be available next time you need it, also when you are offline.
- An online calculator never needs to be replaced. It can't be dropped and it's immune to coffee spilling.
- Any improvement or new version is available immediately. No need to download or install any software. Go to the page and if a new version is available it will be there.
- Copy & Paste. If you need to write the result of a calculation on a document you can simply copy and paste the number using your mouse.
